Regional Manager opportunity in Grand Rapids

Join this growing service organization in a role where you are initially managing accounts and supervising teams. The position will grow into leading a team of service managers and their staffs. This role will involve extensive people management skills including: discipline, coaching, retaining, hiring and firing. Will work with the Sales team to grow the business. Position will require day travel around the state as well as a 50+ hour work week. Hours most commonly 10am -7pm. Excellent opportunity for growth within this company! If you are hard working and have 5+ years successful supervisory experience (managing 10+ people) in service or hospitality industry we want to hear from you.  Base 50-60K depending on experience.
