Privately held automotive supplier with multiple domestic locations had a confidential replacement search for the leader of their operation in rural Southwestern Ohio. Urgent situation to find a new operation leader requiring a confidential approach.

Our Approach
Partnered with an NPA member firm with a strong midwestern presence, particularly in Indiana and Ohio. Shared the position profile and collaborated closely with them to help them understand the client, the company culture, and the nature of the position.

Successfully partnered and landed a candidate located in that region of the state. The client was pleased with the outcome, reinforcing the value of working with our NPA partners.

Food Producer and Distributor

Family owned distributor and value added producer of specialty packaging reached out to us as they were transitioning leadership from first to second generation. CEO is in the process of moving to a part time role for a period and ultimately retiring. Second generation is moving into leadership role for the company.

Our Approach
Worked with both leaders to help define the parameters of the position and the goals they are hoping to accomplish with a new, non-family member leadership team member.

Conducted a search for a COO to be the right hand person to the new leader. The result was successfully landing a candidate with adjacent industry experience as well as background working within family owned businesses. Assisting with the onboarding process.

Tier-One Automotive Supplier

Family-owned large automotive supplier engaged us to help them find a Director of Supply Chain. This role managed a large team of logistics analysts and was responsible for all inbound and outbound flow for a 20+ facility operational footprint. The challenge was finding someone with the experience managing similar velocity and complexity while also aligning with the culture and leadership style of the organization.

Our Approach
We were able to show them four strong candidates and they narrowed the field and hired a candidate who had experience in an aligning business model as well as family business experience.
