Consumer Durable Manufactuer – Contract to hire

Client was transitioning to a new CEO and had a vacant Director of HR position. Company is owned by a family office out of state.

Our Approach
Worked with incoming CEO to define the parameters of new HR role and structure for a contract to potential direct hire.

Found an HR leader with the appropriate culture and skill fit. Placed on a contract basis for 3 months and was then hired permanently into the role. This person has made an impact improving HR metrics across the board from hiring to retention to improved new hire performance.

300 million division – Manufacturing.

Division of large manufacturing company was in need of Contract HR professional who would have the ability to eventually convert to a full time HR manager.

Our Approach
We found an individual who had great upside potential and skills to take on the contract role. The challenge was finding a candidate who was immediately available and also a potential fit for the direct hire position when that opened up.

The placed contractor was able to ascend into the HR Manager role.

Interim Controller – Food Manufactuer

Privately owned food company transitioning from a departing CFO to envisioning a new structure for the finance function.

Our Approach
This is a client we have worked with frequently over the years. Agreed to place a contract/interim Controller to fill the gap while the new structure was being outlined. The position required experience implementing an ERP package and improving processes while staying compliant with GAAP.

Placed an interim Controller for a six-month period that took the company through year end and first quarter of new year, to set them up for the new structure.
