Situation
Contacted by this German-owned, global manufacturer for assistance with a confidential HR leadership search. Company was in the process of moving the North American headquarters from North Carolina to the manufacturing hub in Michigan.

Our Approach
Company has been growing steadily and has a solid manufacturing foundation in Michigan and wanted to move the North American executive team to that location. The HR leader in North Carolina was not making the move.

Outcome
Conducted a search for a CHRO in the region of the manufacturing hub and found a leader that will now lead all HR for North America and coordinate the move of the headquarters to the new location.

Manufacturer – PE owned, CHRO search

Situation
Global (Dutch parent co.) PE owned manufacturer and distributor, newly created CHRO position. Worked with Talent Partner in Netherlands and CEO in Detroit to scope a newly envisioned HR leadership role for the organization.

Conducted a national search to find a CHRO with a strong focus on talent development.

Outcome
Three month retained search resulted in successful hire of a new CHRO, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a new member of the Executive team.
